How to Integrate Apps with SMIELS ?

You can integrate your SMIELS account with leading Apps in order to extend the functionality for free.

  1. Login to your SMIELS account
  2. Goto Settings from the settings icon at top right corner
  3. Select Marketplace tab from the left

Note: Integrations don’t work on the Individual Plan.

Amazon

Amazon is a vast Internet-based enterprise that sells goods either directly or as the middleman between other retailers and millions of customers.

Add-On Steps:
  1. Open Amazon card from SMIELS Marketplace
  2. Select your marketplace from the dropdown
  3. Press “Connect” button
  4. Follow amazon authentication steps
  5. After successful integration press “Sync” button to get your orders
Button Explain:
  • Connect : start integration process after selecting your marketplace from dropdown
  • Sync : fetch orders from Amazon to your SMIELS account
Add-On Benefits:
  • Order Sync - When a customer places an order, invoice is generated in SMIELS
  • Products - Your products are added to SMIELS
  • Use Features Missing from Amazon

Limitations:
  • No shipments information from Amazon (FBA/FBM)

QuickFile

QuickFile is a UK based Accounting application which allows you to track and file VAT. With QuickFile you can handle Invoices, VAT, Document Management and more.

Add-On Steps:
  1. Get your QuickFile account number (you can find it under QuickFile Account Settings -> Company Settings)
  2. Get your QuickFile SMIELS app Token (you can find it in QuickFile marketplace, on top right of SMIELS App)
  3. Add details in SMIELS marketplace
  4. Press “Connect” Button
  5. Wait for authentication to succeed
  6. Press “Migrate” button to sync Clients & Suppliers from QuickFile to SMIELS
Button Explain:
  • Connect : start integration process after adding account number and token
  • Migrate : fetch Clients & Suppliers from QuickFile to your SMIELS account
Add-On Benefits:
  • Improved Inventory with multiple fields and stock control (Inventory Fields: SKU, Name, Brand, Category, Sub Category, Color, Quantity, Profit%, Purchase Cost, Sale Price, VAT, Description, Image, Document)
  • Advanced Team features lets you assign roles and 100+ Custom permissions to each member. Assign team members to tasks, invoices, products or other
  • Realtime data widgets. Hide private data from employees
  • Use Features of SMIELS missing in QuickFile

  • Activity Log
  • If your integration is active, invoices, products, clients and suppliers etc data will be in sync with QuickFile when changes made in SMIELS

Limitations:
  • QuickFile only allows to sync Clients & Suppliers data from QF to SMIELS but everything works in sync from SMIELS to QF

QuickBooks

Add-On Steps:
  1. Press “Connect to QuickBooks” Button 
  2. Complete the integration & authentication process
